Gretchen Scott gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
