Sales Account Executive

Account Executive for established women's ready-to-wear collection - Responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing assigned territory. Competitive salary and bonus for the right person.

         Job Description:

• Must have at least 3 years of wholesale sales experience

• Daily communication with major accounts to review existing business and grow each account

• Advise account base of Immediate goods available as well as any Production issues

• Ensure all orders are shipped complete; managing all sell-through and substitutions

• Schedule market appointments and travel to assigned regional market shows

• Ability to apply and implement sales strategies to grow territory

         • Must be comfortable making cold calls to generate new accounts and be savvy with the internet to research new territories online

         Requirements:

• Strong oral and presentation skills

• Must be computer savvy, able to type 50 wpm  - knowledge of Salesforce A+

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multitask in a busy office environment

• Travel to Regional markets / 6 times a year

         Fun, preppy women’s clothing company needs a Senior Production Director to manage product development and production with Indian and

         Chinese factories.

          Job Description:

 • Run a team of Production Managers

 • Negotiate costs and schedules

 • Work closely with oversea factories

 • Work with our Remote In-house agents

 • Keep all tracking spreadsheets current

 • Managing product development by partnering with Designer and Sales team

 • Help run fittings

          Specific Position Requirements Include:

          • Fast paced company must be able to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor

          • College graduate with rigorous major

          • At least 5-10 years apparel production experience

          • Have established factory relationships

          • Excellent communication skills

          • Numerically literate and Excellent MS Excel Skills

          • Flexible, detail-oriented, multi-tasker

          • Comfortable updating a computerized ERP system

          • Team Player

          social media presence. We are looking for a World Class, Writing Charm-Machine!

         Job Description:

• 3-5-years of experience in social media account management

• Experienced in Magento A+

• Pre-existing relationships with editors/bloggers from fashion magazines/blogs

• Intimate familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest

• Working knowledge of paid social media advertising on Facebook and Instagram

• Knowledge of social media analytics

• Interest in women's fashion

• Strategic ability to grow social media & website

• Technical knowledge of women's clothing and familiarity with Magento backend a plus.

PRODUCTION


     Product Development Assistant:

         Job Description:

Create / update daily reports in excel

Sample follow up with overseas vendors

Prepare garments for fitting. Log in and tag and compare samples from proto to fit

Communicate with vendors to resolve any current or potential issues relating to fit or construction. Take pictures and notes as needed.

Update Technical Packages in Excel/PDF and manage the history in organized manner

Ensure alignment between product and design sketch

Assistant to Production Manager in coordinating all aspects of product development to meet deadlines, very thorough and detailed follow up required

Send comments to the factories for approval submits for color, prints, embroideries, etc

Manage the record keeping of all the comments in a chronological and organized manner

• Manage all outgoing / incoming packages to and from our overseas, preparing all packages and documents and unpacking and preparing incoming packages for review

         • Take accurate meeting notes

         Specific Position Requirements Include:

         • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook

         • Knowledgeable on garment fit and specs

         • Some knowledge of production/manufacturing processes and capabilities.

         • Problem solver

         • Strong communication skills

         • Organized and adept at multi-tasking

         • Entry level position

         • Prior experience in an Apparel firm helpful, but not required
