Account Executive

Recent College Graduate - Account Executive for established women's ready-to-wear collection - Responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing assigned territory.

Job Description:

• Daily communication with major accounts to review existing business and grow each account

• Advise account base of Immediate goods available as well as any Production issues

• Ensure all orders are shipped complete; managing all sell-through and substitutions

• Schedule market appointments and must travel to assigned regional market shows

• Ability to apply and implement sales strategies to grow territory

• Must be comfortable making cold calls to generate new accounts and be savvy with the internet to research new territories online



• Strong oral and presentation skills

• Must be computer savvy (Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Act, A2000)

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multitask in a busy office environment

• Travel to Regional markets / 6 times a year

Hours: M-F 9am to 5:30pm

Office Location: Pelham (2 Blocks from Pelham, NY Train Station)

Production Assistant

Job Description:

• Generally assist the production department as assigned.

• Oversee product development with a select list of vendors (currently NCCR, Radhakrishna, and Vineet).

• Administrate the purchase order process.  Generate all purchase orders; communicate with all vendors on purchase orders; regularly follow up to ensure goods are delivered on time; manage and apply vendor payments with accounting team to advise of product deliveries & recieve goods.

• Oversee all development and salesman samples (tagging, organizing, sending to reps)

• Communicate & verify all UPC details with vendors.

• Work with Design and Development to maintain Style Master details for all items, including tracking appovals process (color, fit, final PP sample, TOP sample).

• Work with web team to maintain accuracy of product details; produce product upload seasonally / as needed.

• Work with warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy (manual inventory adjustments process).

Hours: M-F 9am to 5:30pm
