Non U.S. Shipping
We have entrusted our International Shipping to Bongo, a division of FedEx. International Shipping with Bongo requires approximately 4 - 8 Days for Express service, and 7 - 15 days for Economy service. Due to slight variations in handling and customs times, these ranges can differ slightly. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions, and we will gladly update you on the status of your order. You can also view estimated delivery times and tracking information for your order, on the Bongo website.
In most instances, duties are included in your Bongo Shipping costs. In some cases however, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for duties and taxes is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Gretchen Scott cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Gretchen Scott will reimburse our customers for the costs of returning defective merchandise.
Gretchen Scott gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise should be accompanied by the original packing slip. We do not provide return labels. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
All sale items and vintage jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your name and billing address.
The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
